Redefining Success · WHEN YOU'RE AT A CROSSROADS

Standing at a crossroads?
Let's find your way forward.

A four-session pathway programme for anyone weighing up which way to go next, in work or in life, and wanting to think it through clearly, without pressure, with someone in your corner.
Why this exists

The question you don't get time to ask

Sometimes life brings you to a point where the path you're on no longer feels like the right one, and the way forward isn't obvious. It might be work, or something bigger, a sense that things need to shift but not knowing quite how. The question keeps circling, and it's hard to think clearly about it on your own, with everything else going on.
This programme is a space to step back and work it out. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you see your situation clearly, understand what you actually want, and find the next step that feels genuinely yours. Some people arrive with a decision half-made and leave sure of it. Some find a direction they hadn't considered. Both are the point.
No single moment defines you. And no crossroads has to be faced alone.
How it works

Four sessions, one to one

Each session runs for 60 minutes, online, so you can join from wherever suits you. Here's how the four fit together.
1

Clarity and goals

We start with where you are and what's quietly prompting this. By the end, you're clear on what you actually want from the work ahead.
2

Skills, values and strengths

We map what you're genuinely good at, what energises you, and what you most value, the things that should anchor whatever comes next. Most people underestimate how much they have to draw on.
3

Exploring the possibilities

We open up the options, without judging or ranking them yet. This is where things you hadn't let yourself consider start to feel real.
4

Action plan and connections

We turn the thinking into a plan you keep, with a clear first step. And where we can, a warm introduction to someone relevant in our network.
What you get
Four one-to-one sessions, entirely about you
Strengths and values mapping, so you can see what you bring clearly
A written action plan you keep and can act on
Where we can, a warm introduction to someone relevant in our network
Helpful reflection tools to use between sessions, yours to keep
Two ways to start

Begin with two, or take the whole journey

Not sure yet? Start with the first two sessions and see how it feels. Ready to commit to the full journey? The four-session package is the better value, and the way most people get the most from it.

$550
Sessions One and Two
A considered way in. Do the first two sessions, feel whether it's working for you, and continue if it is. You can add the remaining two at any point.

What you'll do: Session One maps where you are and what you actually want. Session Two draws out your strengths and what energises you, and starts translating them into language beyond the school system.

Best if: you're curious but not yet certain, and you'd rather feel the work before committing to all four. A low-risk way to test whether this is right for you.

Good to know: there's no lock-in. If it's landing, you simply add Sessions Three and Four when you're ready, at $550. Nothing expires.

Best value
The full journey
$1000
All four sessions
The complete programme, start to finish, for those ready to commit. Saves $100 against paying for two and then two, and it's how the work lands deepest.

What you'll do: all four sessions in sequence, clarity and goals, then strengths and values, then exploring the possibilities, then an action plan you keep. Plus, where we can, a warm introduction to someone relevant in our network.

Best if: you're ready to properly work this through, not just dip a toe. The full arc is where the real shifts happen, the later sessions build on the earlier ones, so doing all four is where it lands deepest.

Good to know: committing upfront saves you $100 against paying in two halves, and means the whole journey is mapped from the start.

Four sessions at $1000, or two to begin at $550. No lock-in either way.

Who you'd be working with

About us

Dan Steele
Former award-winning assistant principal · EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited coach · Parent
BEd (Primary) (Hons) · MEd (Leadership)
Dan spent his career in education, first in the classroom, then in school leadership, most recently as an assistant principal, where he was recognised with an education excellence award for outstanding improvement. So, whether your world is teaching or leading, he's sat in that chair, and he understands it from the inside. He holds an international coaching accreditation with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
What drives him is helping people do more than they thought possible, drawing out the unique skills, talents and strengths they can't always see in themselves, and helping them find the pathways where those strengths belong.
He's a former educator and school leader, dad of 3, and has felt the quiet pull of the question this work asks: whether the path you're on is still the one you want. He knows how much it helps to have someone in your corner while you answer it.
Laura Pitt
High school teacher · VCE exam supervisor · EMCC Practitioner Accredited coach · Parent
BSci · DipEd (Secondary)
Laura has lived and breathed the peaks, pressure and rhythm of high school, as a classroom teacher and as a VCAA exam marker and supervisor. She's an EMCC Practitioner Coach who has seen the system from angles most educators never do.

What she loves about coaching is creating the space for someone to really think. There's a moment where a person realises they actually do know what they want, and that they already have what they need to get there. For Laura, watching someone understand they aren't stuck, they just needed time, and perhaps the permission to take the next step, is a genuine privilege. Being present as someone becomes more empowered simply by uncovering what's true and possible for them is deeply rewarding to her.
What drives me is helping people do more than they thought possible, drawing out the unique skills, talents and strengths they can't always see in themselves, and helping them find the pathways where those strengths belong.
I'm a former educator and a parent, and I've felt the quiet pull of the question this work asks: whether the path you're on is still the one you want. I know how much it helps to have someone in your corner while you answer it.

A few honest answers

Not at all. Some people arrive with a decision half-made; others just have a feeling that something needs to change. Both are fine. The work is about finding clarity, wherever you're starting from.

No. A crossroads can be about work, reinventing a pathway, or it can be about direction more broadly: what you want, what matters now, which way to turn. We follow what's real for you, not a fixed template.

Start with two sessions at $550. You'll know quickly whether it's helping, and there's no obligation to continue. You can add the remaining two whenever you're ready.

One to one, at times that suit you. You'll book each session directly into our calendar, and we'll be in touch with everything you need before each one.

Both former educators and parents, now behind More Than a Score. Between us we've sat in both chairs, the classroom and the leadership office, so whichever is yours, we understand it from the inside. There's a little more about each of us just above.

Only a little gentle thinking we'll send you, and it's genuinely optional. There's no homework and nothing to have figured out in advance. You just need to come willing to think honestly.

The EMCC is the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, one of the longest-standing professional bodies for coaches worldwide. It accredits coaches across several levels, each reflecting assessed competence, real experience, and a commitment to a professional code of ethics. For you, it's a simple reassurance: you're working with coaches whose practice has been independently held to a recognised standard, not just people who call themselves coaches. It means care, confidentiality, and quality you can count on.
